Important Information on Platform Usage

As discussed Cayster has altered its corporate and strategic focus and as of March 31, 2024, Cayster’s lab-focused platform will no longer be available to __________________.  As of March 31, 2024 - 

  • The Cayster platform cannot be used to submit cases or be utilized to communicate regarding past cases.

  • Cayster and the Cayster platform cannot be used to provide support for restorations or design work.

  • Cayster will not play any role in communicating, facilitating or mediating relationships, issues or disputes with dentists.

 

  • Cayster will not offer or play any role in providing or facilitating logistics services (e.g UPS and Fedex) and as such you will be responsible for coordinating any and all aspects of case logistics.

  • If you have interest in communicating with dentists on any issue you should reach out directly to the dentist. Cayster and the Cayster platform will be unavailable. 

  • Cayster and the Cayster platform will not offer or play any role in billing matters. All billing issues, including invoices, pricing, communications, disputes, discrepancies and discussions are matters between you and your dentists-customers. Please take steps to migrate all billing from the Cayster platform.

  • You will be able to access old/historical cases until [________].

AGAIN THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY CAYSTER AND THROUGH THE CAYSTER PLATFORM WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AS OF MARCH 31, 2024. TO AVOID UNNECESSARY DISRUPTION TO YOUR BUSINESS, PLEASE MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS OR IDENTIFY ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS IN ADVANCE OF MARCH 31, 2024.
